Clean, quiet, conveniently located. Place was small but cozy. For the price, better than I expected. My only complaint is having to pay for parking. Unless there is some city code that requires the motel to charge, it seems exploitive to add that extra charge.

The hotel is situated in a great location close to several dining options, including food trucks right across the street. It is conveniently located to bus and train stops. The staff at the front desk are very helpful. Room is clean and bed is comfortable.
