Tucked behind a private gate in the Uplands neighborhood, Maison Ananda is a five-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bath estate designed for traveling guests who want space, privacy, and quiet. Long weekends where the kids disappear into the game room and the adults claim the heated patio. Slow mornings with coffee in the yard before anyone else is up. Evenings can wind down in the media room without anyone feeling on top of each other.

The neighborhood

The Uplands is one of Lake Oswego's most established residential pockets, quiet, leafy, and walkable to local trails and the indoor tennis center. Downtown Lake Oswego, ten minutes away, offers waterfront dining, boutique shopping, and access to the lake itself. Oswego Lake Country Club is six minutes away, and Waluga Dog Park is four minutes by car. The home is centrally located for guests visiting family in the area, attending events at Nike or Intel campuses, exploring Portland, or starting a wine country trip.



A note on who this home is for

Maison Ananda is a guest-favorite home, and we work hard to keep it that way. It is built for traveling families, multigenerational travel parties, business travelers, and couples celebrating something special. It is not a party house, an event venue, or a place to host gatherings. Beyond that, we want you to relax, spread out, and enjoy every corner of the home.

Our neighbors know us, quiet hours are 10 PM to 8 AM, and the home is monitored by an exterior noise sensor and four exterior security cameras (three at the front, one at the back, none inside, none at the pool or spa).



House rules at a glance

★ Traveling party of up to 12 registered guests. Overnight stays are limited to the registered guests on the booking. Please disclose your full party at the time of booking.

★ Day visitors are welcome for daytime visits, meals, and casual time together. We just ask that visitors not stay overnight and that the home does not become a venue for gatherings, parties, or events. Total people on the property at any time should remain reasonable for a residential home.

★ No parties, gatherings, or events of any kind, including birthdays, showers, bachelor or bachelorette events, or work offsites.

★ No smoking, vaping, or marijuana use anywhere on the property

★ Pet friendly with full disclosure required: $100 per pet, max 3 pets ($300). Pets cannot be left unattended in the home, including in a crate

★ Quiet hours 10 PM to 8 AM. Please stay indoors during these hours with doors and windows closed

★ 12 guests maximum overnight

Well Appointed, Beautiful House

We spent a week at the Maison Ananda Oswego and enjoyed our stay. The home is in a convenient location and the house is stocked with high-end kitchen appliances and numerous assorted small appliances in the pantry to accommodate everything you could need. My wife and I were there with our dog, but the house is well suited to accommodating families traveling together. Spacious, with numerous amenities for the interests of multiple age groups. We were pleased with our interactions with iTrip personnel, Chris and Jessica. We spoke with Chris by telephone and found him very personable and helpful with our queries. We had the opportunity to meet Jessica in person and she was very knowledgeable and shared lots of information about the Lake Oswego area with us. Both were professional and exhibited strong commitment to ensuring a good experience with the property.

My 4 night stay with a family of 12 was phenomenal! The property is nestled in a quiet and convenient location with plenty of amenities and thoughtful touches. The property was very clean and cozy. The playroom in the garage was perfect for the kiddos and the kitchen was meant for entertaining. I highly recommend this property and would definitely return if we're back in the area.

The house was amazing and very convenient to reach any and all of Portland. Attentive hosts and all was a bit better than expected. Will definitely go again. The granddaughter who visited loved the toys, she's 2.5.

This property is fantastic. We had extended family and everyone had their own room and bathroom. The pictures are accurate. The location is great- very close to Elephant's Deli. Excellent communication concerning arrival and departure AND an item left behind after check out was recovered and returned!

This Amazing House!

We absolutely loved our stay! The house is absolutely beautiful and we had everything we needed! Everything was sparkling clean. The bathrooms were so nice, the beds comfortable and the kitchen had everything we could want. The hosts were very responsive to any questions we had. Our two grandsons were so excited about the play room so even though it rained, they were content to play. Next time we come out to Oregon we would LOVE to stay at Maison Ananda Oswego again!

Not fully equipped, needs to be better stocked with kitchen and bathroom essentials. We were a group of 12 with kids, there were no garbage bags for the kitchen, not enough cutting boards, really any kitchen essentials were sparse. The biggest thing was the host only provided 3 dishwasher pods for a 5 days trip and when we asked for more, they told us they only provided the initial settle in amount - i've never been to any home vacation rental where they refuse to provide more essentials for a guest.The house itself is a great layout for families with children, the front gate makes the home feel safe and secured. I think overall though, the host needs to better stock the house and be more adaptable to guests needs.

Quality Family Time Shared

The home is BEAUTIFUL! Wished the weather would have been better, so we could have enjoyed the covered outdoor sitting space and the yard. I’d highly recommend this home for family gatherings with children. Location is GREAT!! Some small changes are needed in the kitchen though. Garbage bags for the garbage/recycle bin are way too small and cheap quality. There’s no oven mitts or pot holders, and no placemats for the dining table or eating bar. There were no dish towels for drying dishes. The Ninja coffee maker does not have an original carafe or a replacement. Someone got creative and has created a catastrophe for a carafe! It’s a large glass jar with no pouring spout or handle. The jar does not keep the coffee warm after brew because the glass is too thick. At original brew the coffee is plenty hot, but you cannot handle the jar because it’s so hot!! It’s a liability for a bad burn! We had to use a laddle to get our morning coffee into our cup. Morning coffee should not be this much work! But it is stationed in a beautiful side room with other small counter kitchen appliances. My suggestion, replace the coffee maker or buy a replacement carafe and keep a back up for the next carafe that breaks. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen, but happy we brought our own kitchen items just incase it was not well stocked with items. Because the home is SOOOO BEAUTIFUL, the kitchen could use some more helpful items to prepare and serve meals.
