Great restaurants, bars, breweries, coffee and movie theater just a 3 minute walk away. Full use of space. Nice deck with views of Mt. Hood. Large back yard with two fire pits, one gas and one wood. Use of grill for summer grillin'. Easy access to downtown, 3 to 5 minute walk to two major bus lines that run late (one is 24 / 7). Close to beautiful Mt. Tabor Park. Please note I live in this property when not rented.

Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
-PUT THINGS BACK: If you moved furniture or anything else (power cords, pillows, blankets, dishes etc) please put them back where you found them.
-TURN THINGS OFF: Make sure all heaters/AC units are off in every room. Turn off all lights including front porch. Make sure all appliances, fans etc are off.
-PLEASE RECYCLE / THROW AWAY TRASH: If the trash is full please remove and place in GREY bin. GREY BIN = trash BLUE BIN = paper/cardboard/plastic/cans YELLOW BIN = glass
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
