I had an issue at another Motel6, which I made a customer complaint about, and decided to stay at another location, which is where I'm writing this review from. I'm not much happier with this location. I have no heat in my room, I mean NO HEAT at all. I turn it on and nothing but cold air is being blown into my room. I am freezing! I had to take an extra long, hot shower to get warm. I'm going to the office now to find out why I can't have heat in my room. I paid for 6 nights on two different reservations, and had I known that I would be without heat, I wouldn't be here at all. I paid to stay here, but my heat and hot water are being regulated. That's not good customer service. I'm seriously disappointed with Hotels.com and their inability to hold properties reliable for giving them a bad review. I've been using Hotels.com for several years, and I've been pretty happy with their service, but I think it might be time to explore my other options.

Wrong info on marketing equals unsatisfactory

My day was OK. I was instantly disappointed as I’ve hurt my back recently and when I booked on hotels.com I saw that there was a bathtub in the rooms when I got there they told me that the rooms had bathtubs, and I needed it to soak because I have a herniated disc. The second night was a little difficult as there was a loud company hanging out drinking in the parking lot. I get it these sort of things happen. It’s not necessarily the hotel’s fault, but it was thin enough to hear every word curse word, bottles thrown, and what not. The staff was wonderful. I spoke with both Nadia and Lana. They were great unfortunately they couldn’t help my back situation but that is not their fault.

It was my birthday and didnt even feel safe enough to be able to have my own little party in my room, seeing as people down the hallway abusing each other (causing my dog to react) seeing as how people be dropping/throwing glass bottles outside my door to my room ( causing my dog to go off at 2-3 in am) some fat tweaker prostitute came out of her room right in front of mine and watch me and my husband enter our room watched us bring in all of our stuff. I went out for the day to celebrate my birthday i came back to my room our card keys didn't work anymore for no apparent reason, and when i finally got back onto my room i am missing a yellow and white shopping bag from my room it had food and clothing items in on the table right next to the door when you walk into the room they provided us with and when i came back like i sa I d it was gone plus we had to get our card keys reinstated at 6pm at night??? no1 thought that was weird at the office??? If you find my bag id be greatful,to have it back. [it looks like picture included] so in all i feel like i had a very sketchy birthday trying to stay clear of all the crazies you just let do there own things there...

Trash place and service. We had reservation with infant baby and arrived 4am but front desk lady refused to check us in saying she just logged off. Place was dirty with spoiled water at front desk, very unsafe and dirty. Never again.
