Views, Views, Views! 2 huge decks overlooking water and city skyline. This home is adjacent to Payson’s Park – Portland’s largest park. 5-7 min ride to downtown Portland and the Old Port’s fabulous bars and restaurants.
The main floor has bedroom with bath, kitchen, and living room. The upstairs has a large bedroom with bath, open room that can be used as 2nd living room or a 3rd/4th bedroom space. Sleeps 10 – 12. Off street parking 6-8. Large yard.

TVs There are 4 smart TV in the home with Amazon Prime, Netflix, and DirecTV.
KITCHEN The kitchen has a large table, and 2 ottoman stools can be added. Appliances include a dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave, range, and a French door refrigerator. Coffee maker, coffee and tea supplies, a blender, and a toaster are on-site. There is a wall-mounted Smart TV in the kitchen area.
LIVING ROOM The living room has 2 sleeper sofas with queen foam mattresses. There is a wall-mounted Smart TV mounted in the living room area.
BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS
BEDROOM 1 with FULL BATH - 1st Floor Queen size bed with a full bath with a separate shower.
BATHROOM - 1st Floor Half bath with restroom and sink. Laundry is located in this room.
BEDROOM 2 with FULL BATH - 2nd Floor 2 Queen size beds with a full bath with a separate rain shower and luxurious spa tub. There is a desk and chair that can be used for a quiet work/study/writing space. There is a wall-mounted Smart TV mounted in the bedroom.
OPEN SPACE (LIVING ROOM 2/BEDROOM 3) - 2nd Floor This space has a sleeper sofa with a queen foam mattress, trundle bed with 2 twin beds, and 2 twin roll-away beds with foam mattresses (stored in the bedroom 2 closet). A room divider is provided to create privacy space if desired. There is a wall-mounted Smart TV mounted in the open space/bedroom 3.
LAUNDRY There is a washer and dryer on the 1st floor in the half bath with detergent available for you. You might find sheets or towels in the dryer. The cleaning crew sometimes has to leave before the last dryer cycle ends due to the amount of time it takes to wash and dry all of the linens. If this happens, please just set them aside in the basket.
DECKS/PORCHES Front Porch has a covered sitting area. Large back deck balconies on 1st and 2nd Floors with sitting areas and tables.
SUMMER NOTE There is typically a fabulous ocean breeze off the Back Cove to Top Deck that keeps the home cool. If there are any hot days during your stay, there are 4 portable A/C units, portable fans and overhead fans on the bedrooms and 1 overhead fan in upstairs large living room.
We have self check-in access. You have access to the entire 1st floor and 2nd floor and the decks.
There is a lower-level basement unit which may be occupied. The 2 units are completely separate.
If guests have a question during their stay, I or my back-up will be available to address questions or offer help.
