Quietly situated on the first floor of a small apartment building this modern studio apartment provides practical accommodation for up to three guests. The bright and airy property also enjoys a private balcony – the perfect place for a morning coffee or a cool drink at the end of the day.

Inside, the open-plan living space is furnished with a double bed, a single bed, a wardrobe, a dining table and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV. This area leads out to the balcony through large French doors and also incorporates a small kitchen which is equipped with; a cooker hob, an oven, a coffee machine and a fridge freezer.

The town sits within a marine protected area and the property is less than a 10-minute walk from both the closest beach and the town’s Marina. The nearest restaurant is a 10-minute walk and the closest supermarket is a 5-minute walk.
Popular beaches in the area include Spiaggia di Torre Lapillo (a 5-minute drive), Spiaggia di Porto Cesareo (a 12-minute walk/ 3-minute drive), and Punta Prosciutto (a 17-minute drive), each is known for its pristine beauty and shallow waters, ideal for swimming and snorkelling.

Further afield, the beautiful Baroque city of Lecce, known as the \"Florence of the South\" and the charming seaside town of Gallipoli known for its historic old town, sandy beaches and vibrant nightlife are both a 35-minute drive away.
