The residence immersed in a large garden is accessible by car gate overlooking the sea in front.
The
apartment is introduced by a spacious shaded veranda, furnished with
table and chairs, where you can have lunch and dinner outdoors. This
veranda is separated with a hedge from another adjacent apartment.
The apartment`s interior spaces are well distributed, furnished with simplicity. The entrance is into a living room with a sofa, TV and dining room. At the end of the living room are the kitchenette and full bathroom with shower stall and bathtub.
From the kitchenette you exit to the backyard where there is an outdoor shower.
The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, one double and one twin with single beds.

The
vacation apartment is located in a beachfront residence in the high
nature value area of the Strea Peninsula, south of Porto Cesareo.
The
nearest beach is just 1 km away, as is the center of Porto Cesareo
where all the main services are located. The first equipped lidos are
about 2.5 km away


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Air conditioning in the living room.
