Great location, clean room, welcoming team. I had a couple of issues - my room overlooked the courtyard and the neon artwork was left on 24/7 meaning the room was not very dark during the night. I raised this issue twice and by the third night of my stay it was resolved. Hopefully this is something that will be implemented long term because if it impacts the rooms overlooking the courtyard it is likely an issue for residents in the neighbouring apartment blocks. I also had an issue with the hot water supply to the shower - it would run very hot then very cold. Again I raised this issue twice. I even suggested changing rooms and when I returned after my day I was offered the chance to move rooms. The team were apologetic and sincerely tried to rectify these issues.

We’ve had a great experience with Artcore Hotel, Porto from the moment we booked it. The staff really went above and beyond to cater to our requests. The moment we entered the hotel we were greeted with a smile and anything we needed was taken care on instantly. The room was spotlessly clean and the whole hotel has such a fun artistic decor! I would definitely stay here again, when I’m back in Porto.

I was absolutely delighted with this hotel. The service I received was the best of the six hotels I stayed in during this trip. Bruno, the head of reception, went out of his way to ensure our complete satisfaction. On my birthday, I was spoiled from morning till night. At breakfast, they sang "Happy Birthday" to me with a cupcake and two glasses of champagne. In the afternoon, they offered us a glass of vino de Oporto, and when I arrived in the room that afternoon, there was a greeting card with a bottle of champagne and a mini cake—delicious! Also, the entire hotel is sparkling clean, smells wonderful from the moment you walk in, and they have not only flavored waters but also snacks you can have 24 hours at the lobby. The rooms are super clean and smell lovely. We were surprised that the included breakfast was à la carte; everything was delicious, and the service at the restaurant was excellent as well. I recommend it to anyone visiting Porto, and I will definitely return. Bruno, along with all the staff, made us feel very like never before in a hotel. Thank you!

Love my stay at the Artcore Hotel! Top of the list was the customer service. Absolutely amazing and friendly staff, who was always there to help. The room was spotless and had everything I needed. Room was clean. Personal was friendly all the time. The location is super. Less than 5 minutes to the metro station. Just hope that they will add a gym and a sauna. Will definitely come back here again.

I booked the Artcore Hotel in Porto before it even opened, so I was a little unsure what to expect. However, I travel a lot for work and stay in many hotels, and I was absolutely blown away by this one. The staff and facilities are exceptional for the price. The rooms are modern, very comfortable, and spotless. The location is excellent — around 18km from the airport and right in town, with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Hugo on reception was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The complimentary mini bar was a really nice touch, with a couple of beers, Coke, and plenty of water, and there were also fruit and sweets available at reception. The bar area had a relaxed, welcoming feel, and breakfast was simply sensational. For the price, it’s one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in — great value, excellent quality, and genuinely warm service. The pool wasn’t quite finished during our visit as the hotel had only recently opened, so I can’t review that part yet — but I hope to be back soon with work and will definitely book again. 10/10 – keep up the same standards and you’ll do very well.

The hotel was fantastic, but the bar lacked a little ambience and when asked for a beer for round the pool served the smallest beer ever seen at the cost of €6. So we felt it was not worth drinking round the pool which was unfortunate as this would have been a lovely way to end our day.
