The host failed to provide the check-in instructions by 4pm on the arrival day like they state on their website.They left us out on the street for 2 hours. We contacted the booking provider who also tried to contact the host and failed. But thankfully they managed to find us elsewhere to stay. As soon as we checked into our hotel, we got a message from the host saying that they could now check us in !!!! They are joke. But it gets better. We explained the situation to them, they did not own up to anything. And THEY KEPT ALL OUR MONEY AND REFUSED A REFUND !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We didn’t even stay at the property as THEY did not provide check-in instructions. They said it was our fault … When our booking provider asked them to provide proof that the check-in instructions were sent the couldn’t. Surprise surprise. I have now started proceedings with Portuguese police in order to get our money back. DONT STAY HERE. They are scammers and liars.

L’appartement est très bien, mais le lit qui se trouve dans le salon n’est pas très agréable pour un adulte, je pense qu’il est plus adapté à des enfants.

Le séjour très agréable, la rue Santa Catarina, artère principale, de quoi se restaurer et faire les boutiques.Porto est une jolie ville, mieux que Lisbonne, plus pittoresque, c'est mon avis.!Bon séjour au Portugal
