The open-concept kitchen provides a welcoming environment for socialising and enjoying meals together. It includes essential cookware and cutlery to make delicious meals, such as an oven, cooking plate, microwave and coffee maker.

The bedroom is beautifully decorated and includes a comfortable queen bed, ample storage, and access to a bathroom. The bathroom can be reached directly through one door or via the walk-in closet, adding both convenience and privacy. The room also opens onto a balcony, the perfect spot to savour the soft breeze and a cup of coffee.

The property is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Lively and atmospheric, this street follows the old Roman road connecting the city centre to its northern neighbourhoods, showcasing striking 18th‑century architecture and one of Porto’s first pedestrian sidewalks. Home to a mix of historic ironmongery shops alongside modern boutiques, bars, and cafés, it reflects the city’s blend of tradition and contemporary urban spirit.

A stroll here reveals charming details—look up to admire decorative balconies and façades, or pause to sample handmade chocolates from a local atelier tucked between vintage stores. By day it’s a pleasant stretch for shopping or coffee, and by night it buzzes with a dynamic vibe thanks to its restaurants, wine bars, and renewed cultural energy.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest subway station, Aliados, is just a 3-minute walk.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 30-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
