The living room boasts a cosy sofa for relaxation, a TV for your entertainment, and a dining table. The area has a warm ambience and a lot of natural light to flood the space. You’ll also have access to a private backyard.

The kitchenette is fully equipped with all the essentials for cooking a tasty meal, including an electric stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and more. A washing machine is also available for your convenience.

Upstairs, you'll find two bedrooms, one of which is ensuite, each featuring a queen-sized bed and a wardrobe. Hotel-quality linens are provided to ensure a restful sleep.

The bathrooms come stocked with everything you need to freshen up, including towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The apartment is professionally cleaned before every stay to ensure your comfort.

While the apartment is on the ground floor, stairs must be climbed to reach the bedrooms.

This property is conveniently situated within a 7-minute walk from both Heroísmo and Campanha train stations. Perfect for travellers looking for easy access to public transportation, this location allows for a seamless exploration of the city and beyond.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
