This 60m² studios in Porto offers a comfortable and convenient retreat, perfect for guests seeking a memorable stay. Situated on the ground floor, the property comprises two distinct studios separated by a terrace with a charming seating area, providing both privacy and proximity.

Each studio is thoughtfully designed with open-plan living, dining, and kitchen areas to maximize space and functionality. The first studio features a comfortable queen bed and a dining table, offering a welcoming space to relax and unwind.

The second studio, accessible via the terrace, includes a queen bed, a dining table, and a double bed located on a mezzanine level. While the studio is bright and airy, the mezzanine features a small window without a sunshade, which may affect light-sensitive sleepers. For safety reasons, access to the mezzanine is not recommended for children under 12.

All beds are dressed with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful night’s sleep.

Both kitchenettes are fully equipped with essential cookware, cutlery, and appliances, including a stove, oven, and microwave, making it easy to prepare and enjoy homemade meals during your stay.

The two bathrooms are stocked with all the essentials, including fresh towels and complimentary toiletries, ensuring your comfort and convenience.

The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Daily Housekeeping is available from 12:00 to 17:00.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will need to verify your identity before you can check into the flat. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.
