The building's architecture was internationally awarded; On the facade you can see Neo-Palladian and Baroque architectural elements, characteristic of the city of Porto, which were maintained and rehabilitated.

This studio apartment is located on the first floor and features modern décor, with quality furniture and appliances, including a comfortable bed.

The living room has a fully equipped kitchen (fridge with freezer, washing machine and dryer, dishwasher, microwave, induction hob, coffee machine), dining space (table and two chairs), suspended TV , cupboards and drawers with all the utensils necessary for your stay, and a complete bathroom with shower.

There is heating and a fan in the apartment.
