The hotel has a great location but there are things they could improve that would make the experience better. The mattress was hard and the pillows soft, I could feel the springs. The room is clean but on the smaller side. There is no complimentary milk or water in the room. And charging $1 storage fee per suitcase makes no sense.

They did not serve coffee in the morning unless you bought the entire breakfast, which was odd. We had to check out of our rooms at noon and they charged us to leave our baggage for two hours until we had to go to the airport. I reserved a suite room with two beds and arrived to find out they only had one with one bed. which was extremely inconvenient. The staff was not always friendly. The hotel is in a wonderful location.
