Location was great and very walkable - maximum 15 mins to anything we wanted to see. Be wary on a Friday / Saturday night if on the front of the building as very noisy in the street until the early hours. Staff very friendly and helpful - we had no cups for the coffee/tea but they arranged it swiftly for us. Compact room - fine for what we needed. We did ask for twin when originally booked as two friends but found a double - no other rooms available but we made it work. Bar downstairs with reasonable pricing if needed.

Overall, the hotel is clean and the area is nice, however the staff during our stay were inexperienced and were not helpful. We had a bad experience using their laundry service (i.e., overcharging for cleaning socks/underwear), which left a sour taste at the end of our stay.

Very nice and well located hotel

Really good stay, room was clean and quiet, couple of gifts and extra services (free snacks from 2pm to 9pm) made it even better. Location is also very good, everything is accessible walking, we just walked for the full stay

The location is great the property was clean the staff helpful and the room was small but functional. The room was very warm even with the heat off and so we kept our window open all night and there was a lot of street noise. The breakfast was great.

I would definitely stay again and really enjoyed the relaxed comfort and location. I am in my 80's am had no difficulty walking all over Porto, enjoying lunch at the Majestic Cafe, taking a boat ride on the Douro. Once oriented, I had no trouble navigating everywhere that I wanted to visit. The staff was the best I have ever encountered. They even gave me cookies for my journey back to Lisbon and Mario came out to our car and drove with us to park the car.

Nice Loaction

Great central hotel walking distance to many places in Porto.The staff were very welcoming. Renato from front desk met us at our car as the street was closed and inaccessible and helped to guide us in through a maze of one way streets. The breakfast at the hotel was good. They also provide coffee / light bakery items all day in the dining area. The hotel has small rooms but very clean and well serviced by staff. Staff very helpful in providing guidance.
