The Space:

Enjoy a fully equipped duplex apartment with an en-suite bedroom. The open-plan upper floor features a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room with a sofa, a dining table and a double sofa bed. Relax on the private terrace with outdoor furniture, ideal for al fresco dining. For added comfort, the apartment includes air conditioning, a dishwasher, a Smart TV and Wi-Fi.



Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the entire flat, including the fully equipped kitchen, living room, bedroom(s), bathroom(s) and balcony. Enjoy all the amenities, such as air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a TV and much more.



The Neighborhood:

In the heart of Porto, the flat is situated on Rua de Cedofeita, an iconic street with a rich history and a vibrant atmosphere. Just a short walk away, you’ll find a variety of shops, from fashion boutiques to craft shops, and a selection of restaurants and cafés serving local and international delicacies. For your daily shopping, a supermarket is around 300 metres away, as is the Cedofeita pay-and-display car park.



Getting Around:

For your convenience, we offer a transfer service upon request (please contact us for prices). The property is well located with easy access to an extensive public transport network. Paid parking is available nearby. The nearest underground station is just a few minutes’ walk away, providing quick access to the city centre and Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport. Public transport timetables and fares can be checked at stations or online.



Other Things to Note:

Keys are collected at our Welcome Center - at Rua de Fernandes Tomás 471, Porto - where you can meet our staff!



There is a zero tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our staff discovers evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of 200 euros will be applied for smoking.



Note that an unauthorized stay the check-out time, my result in an extra charge (10% of the daily rate, per hour, up to one day).



If you lose your key, you will be charged a fee (on request). If you leave your keys inside the apartment and need our staff to open the door, there will be a charge of €40 after 7pm. If the key is forgotten in the door lock (technical intervention required) - cost on request.



In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in).



The tenant undertakes, whenever requested by the host, to allow a member of the host's staff to inspect the property, and monthly visits are planned for this purpose.



For bookings of 28 nights or more, we have a limit on the cost of water, electricity and internet/television package of €190. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be paid by the guest.





We have a transfer service that will drop you off at your apartment! You just have to ask (consult us for the price)
