You will be in the heart of the city, right on Rua de Santa Catarina, the main shopping street, putting you just minutes away from everything you need for a worry-free stay. And if you want to explore further, the Bolhão Metro station is only a 3-minute walk away.

There's much to enjoy in the region, such as the Chapel of Souls, Via Santa Catarina Shopping, the famous Café Majestic, or the São João Theatre – many places to leave you in awe. For traditional Porto and Portuguese food, and to fuel up for your explorations, there are excellent restaurants nearby, including the typical Francesinha at Café Santiago or more traditional Portuguese food at Abadia.

At São Bento Station, the number 500 bus is a great public transport option: it will pass by Ribeira, the entire riverfront, Foz, the beaches, and finish at the Matosinhos Market, where you can enjoy fresh seafood.

Getting Around:
You can request our transfer service whenever you need it (please inquire for the price).

There is also a wide network of public transportation available to you.

Other Things to Note:
In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in).

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of €200 will be charged for smoking.

If you wish for a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. After the authorized check-out time, a fee of €200 per hour will be charged.

If you lose the key, a cost will be charged (upon request). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and need our team to unlock the door, a fee of €40 will apply after 7:00 PM. If the key is forgotten in the door lock (requiring technical intervention), the fee will be charged upon request.

For bookings of 28 nights or more, we have a limit for water, electricity, and internet/television expenses of €150. If the limit is exceeded, the extra cost will be covered by the guest.

The tenant is required to allow the host's staff to enter the property when requested for inspections, with monthly visits expected for this purpose.
