Great stay!

Great hotel, great location, super helpful staff, great breakfast. Room and bath very nicely appointed. Room was too hot and couldn't be controlled. Had to open window which made it noisy to sleep

Excellent stay, truly Feels Like Home!

Memoria Porto FLH was incredible! Right on the water and super convenient location for exploring all the beauty of Porto. River walk just outside the door, port tasting wineries 10 minute walk away across the water, and easy walk to all the main sites and restaurants & bars. The service was excellent, from the glass of port offered upon arrival, to the tea & coffee always available, and cozy sitting areas to enjoy anytime. It truly felt like home!

Stunning boutique hotel

Beautiful boutique hotel. Very rustic building. Prime location in the Ribeira district, our room overlooked the river. Lovely little continental breakfast. No coffee facilities in room but you can go to the breakfast room at any time and help yourself to the coffee machine/water and take back to your room. At 2pm they lay out cakes/pastries/biscuits which are complimentary which is a lovely touch.

A smaller boutique hotel in the center of the historic district about a block from the river. Great location with an enormous amount of dining options. Staff was great - helpful and pleasant. Check in and check out was easy. Accommodations were smallish but also a great value. Housekeeping kept the place spotless

The hotel was well located close to the river and within easy reach of the main cafe squares and Rua des Flores. The tram directly outside runs along the river right to the coast (about 20 mins journey every 15 mins) and there is a taxi rank opposite. The room was tidy and comfortable, though quite small - with a frosted glass toilet and shower cubicle so share with someone who you know well enough for this! Tea and coffee making was not available in the room. Complimentary breakfast was plentiful- croissants, fruit, cheese etc with free water, tea and coffee, biscuits and cake throughout the day - which we were unfortunately only told on our final day. If you’re out and about on a tour, breakfast starts at 8am. The reception staff were all very helpful and happy to answer any questions. Overall the room was excellent value for money in a great location with very friendly staff.

Nice location and great breakfast. When we arrived our room was uncomfortably warm and our room AC was turned off purposely by management saying it was too early in the season to run AC. I just wanted the fan to run to drown out my wifes snoring and the traffic noise in front of the hotel. Also our "twin deluxe" room had a mattress that had an embedded body print which needed changing or refreshing. So many hotels are now using foam mattresses now adays, you wonder about why still the old sad pillowtops they use. Regardless, the price and location were agreeable so you decide if what you need for an ideal hotel room.

Happy memories!!

The hotel is in an excellent location close to the river and some of the spectacular buildings such as the Stock Exchange. The Line 1 tram stop is in front of the hotel as are the bus stops for the various tourist buses. Access is slightly restricted over a cobbled road but the staff were friendly and helpful.

It was our first visit to Portugal and we chose Porto. The hotel and staff was amazing…and we would like to say that Isabella, the Front desk staff…she was more than amazing! She was friendly , professional and very attentive! We definitely would recommend and come back

Nice location!

Perfect location to get around Porto easily. Staff were very helpful and friendly! Rooms were nice and the bed was comfortable. Great shower. Only offer heat or AC (depending on time of year). They aren’t available at the same time. Would recommend this hotel!
