Ocean Breeze Delight

In this unique environment, located in a prime area of the city of Porto, you will find the comfort and tranquility necessary to feel at home. Wake up to the sea breeze and enjoy the calm surroundings, next to Parque da Cidade, the largest green area in Porto. A few meters away is Matosinhos beach, an ideal place for pleasant walks and learning to surf.

This spacious and bright apartment consists of a large living room, a sunny balcony with peaceful views of the city park and sea, a dining room with baby chair, a kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, cooking utensils, coffee machine, kettle, fridge with freezer, laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board, drying rack. You can use the four available bedrooms (two of them suites), three complete bathrooms and one guest bathroom.

All rooms have heating radiators and electric exterior shutters. You can use two free parking spaces available in the building's private garage. Free Wi-Fi throughout the apartment. Dish and laundry detergents, sheets, towels, shower gel and toilet paper will be provided once for the entire stay.

There is a zero tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If this rule is not respected and our team discovers it through the smell of smoke, ash, butts, among others, we fully reserve the right to charge a smoking fee of at least €200.

Please note that your reservation comes with a welcome kit that includes a small amount of shower gel, toilet paper, trash bags, coffee capsules, olive oil, salt (...). The idea of renting a complete accommodation means being autonomous, as if you were at home, so if the aforementioned items are sold out and you want more, it is your responsibility to buy for yourself. Thank you for your understanding.

All check-ins made after midnight are subject to an extra fee of €20 paid in cash and during check-in.

After check-in/during your stay, additional costs may apply if:
- Loss of key;
- Key forgotten inside the apartment;
- Key forgotten inside the apartment, inside the lock.

In the case of stays longer than 30 nights, a policy of fair use of public services will apply with a limit of €80.
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra linen: €30 (Towels and sheets for 2 pax).

As a guest of Ocean Breeze Delight, you'll find laundry facilities and a lift. The front desk is open around the clock.
