The place was good and the staff were nice but the very loud dog that barked all night long right outside the bedroom window every night made sleeping impossible. No matter how good the apartment is, if you can’t sleep at all and are exhausted every day it’s not worth any amount of money. I know many guests complained and the staff tried to talk to the dog’s owner but the owner did not care and wound not keep his dog inside or quiet , but surely the city has a noise ordinance and something more could have been done. I cannot recommend this place at all under the circumstances.

All the staff were helpful & cheerful. Good location to the food hall/market,high street shops. Plenty of bars & restaurants.Happy Hour was appreciated at the bar over the road.Restaurant next door served good cheap food & always had a queue outside . Recommend for 2/3 night stay.

Large apartment, good location. We felt the little things were missing. Has potential to be a lot better. We got there early. Close to noon. The apartment wasn’t ready understandably. Came back at 3:30 which we felt was very close to the 4:00 o’clock check in. They asked us to come back at 4:00 by which time there were 3 other families ahead of us. So we ended up getting checked closer to 5:00.

I would like to start with saying that the staff were pleasant. Although it was not an issue for the size of our children we should note that the “sofa beds” do not fold out so they are essentially smaller that a single bed if they are not pushed together. The kitchens were equipped with everything one would need. Overall the cleanliness was adequate but you could notice staining on the sofas.
