Newly built house, inspired by the rustic and elegant architecture of Trancoso.
It is located 10 minutes from the Quadrado (2 km), in the wooded Condominium Trancoso Eco Residence.
The house can accommodate up to 12 people. Let us know if your group is larger than 8, so that we can adjust the daily rate accordingly.

You will love to be in a house with many stunning welcoming spaces, surrounded by a beautiful, lush landscaped gardens and tastefully decorated with Brazilian designer furniture.
There are 4 complete ensuites bedrooms in a separated area in the house with pool facing views, where your group can have more privacy and peacefully rest in very comfortable beds with high quality linen. All suites come with full air-conditioning, full bathrooms with double sinks, shower and toilet.
The private swimming pool is integrated with an outdoor living area furnished with relaxing sofas and sun loungers, including a table that sits 12 people and a gourmet kitchen, where you can have barbecues, an ice machine and a fridge for beers.
Inside the house you can find an open space with another full kitchen, a comfortable living area where there is a 55” TV, a dining table for 10 people and even a small games table.
