A localização é excelente e os funcionários são muito atenciosos e prestativos. No entanto, o estabelecimento não corresponde ao que é anunciado. Não se trata de um hotel, pois não há recepção nem estrutura compatível. Os quartos não possuem armários, alguns não têm janelas e as portas do quarto era de vidro com fechaduras frágeis e defeituosas, o que gera sensação de insegurança. As fotos do anúncio não refletem a realidade do local e não tem piscina. Permanecemos até o final da estadia exclusivamente pela boa localização e pela qualidade dos funcionários. O anúncio precisa ser retificado, pois o local não pode ser classificado como hotel, muito menos como boutique ou de padrão 4 ou 5 estrelas.

O quarto não acomodava a família e não estava pronto. O hotel se autodenomina boutique, mas não tem nem sequer uma recepção formal. Não há guarda roupas ou cabideiros para pendurar roupas. Não havia porta no banheiro. A piscina parece uma caixa d'água e a cascata é um cano de PVC. o chuveiro do quarto caiu da parede, enquanto estava sem uso. Só os funcionários é que têm salvação. Todos dedicados e atenciosos, mas não dão conta de solucionar os problemas do hotel, que são estruturais e de concepção.

As fotos no perfil não condizem com as fotos do local , não tem portaria nenhuma o que torna muito perigoso pois não tem segurança e qualquer pessoa pode entrar, os quartos a cama é boa , porém no nosso não tinha onde colocar roupas nada. Sem Wi-Fi e sem serviço de comida durante a noite. Acabei alugando outro lugar para ficar e perdi o valor que paguei pois preferi
