We contact guests with arrival information within 48 hours of the arrival date. We will ask our guests to respect two simple house rules. Leave the kitchenette where you eat clean and wash dishes and dishes at check-out, carry out separate waste collection and dispose of it.

Our company carries out electronic invoicing to the customer, therefore, immediately after booking, Italian customers will be asked to provide their residential address and tax code, while for foreign customers it will be sufficient to provide the residential address to complete the customer record. The data is mandatory, the non-communication of the same following the booking can lead to cancellation by us, with a penalty for the guest.
It is an exclusive location, where man's ingenuity has met nature, building a house overlooking the sea, on a natural inlet protected from the winds, respecting the context and the surrounding environment.

Historic Home with Seaside Terrace – 9/12 beds (Maximum 10 adults + 2 children under 12 years old)
Bright house free on 3 sides arranged all on one, offers 180 square meters of interior and 100 square meters of terrace. It consists of a double entrance. The living area consists of a large well-equipped kitchen and dining room. The sleeping area consists of four bedrooms: one double, one with a double sofa bed, one triple (double plus single sofa bed that opens French style, perfect for two children), one quadruple (double + single sofa bed that slides to become a double). There are two bathrooms, and they have been completely renovated, one with a large shower and one with a bathtub. Large terrace overlooking the sea, from which you can enjoy a breathtaking panorama, equipped for eating or simply enjoying the sound of the sea in the relaxation area equipped with a table and swing.

- in the center; on the rocks of Grigolo, along the coast; splendid sea view on the Portoferraio dock
- from about mid-June to about mid-September in the evening from 19 to 8 in the morning the road will be limited traffic.

Important Notes:
- groups of guys under 25 years of age are not permitted
- check-in in our Agency from 4.00 pm to 7.30 pm and check-out by 9.00 am; fee for late check-in after 8.00 pm € 50.00
- small size animals with a fee of € 30 on the spot
- deposit (mandatory): 500.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after check the condition of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels not included: it can be added at a cost of 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking) or it can be brought from home; not bookable on site

Information regarding check-in is sent to the customer 48 hours before arrival, for any need you can contact our customer service on +39 0565963006. For the selected structure, key collection normally takes place at our offices in Portoferraio.
