– Pool Hall –
The perfect space for fun and relaxation, the pool hall features an 8-foot pool table, a bar, and comfortable seating. A Bluetooth soundbar sets the vibe, and French doors lead right out to the deck and firepit, creating an indoor-outdoor experience ideal for hanging out with friends and family.

– Game Room –
A professional 8-person poker table (complete with chips and cards) offers hours of entertainment. The convertible top doubles as a game/puzzle table, and with plenty of options for play. Plus, the top can even turn into a secondary dining space when needed.

– Open-Concept Floor Plan –
A spacious, connected kitchen, dining, and living area where your whole group can come together. Relax on the sectional sofa and enjoy the 75-inch Smart TV (with guest mode), or cozy up by the wood stove. Charging stations are conveniently located throughout (USB-A & C, outlets), and we’ve even added a guitar to the mix (we're working on restoring the piano to complete the ensemble).

– Fully Stocked Kitchen & Dining Room –
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook and serve meals for a group of up to 10, with special attention paid to even the small details. You’ll find both formal and disposable dinnerware, including 10 complete sets of plates, bowls, cups, wine glasses, tumblers, silverware, and steak knives. For those who love to cook, we’ve stocked the kitchen with high-quality essentials like a 14-piece ceramic pots and pans set, a full range of cooking utensils, cutting boards, baking trays, muffin tins, a knife block with sharpener, measuring cups, mixing bowls, and more.
Small appliances include a KitchenAid mixer, blender, rice maker, popcorn machine (just bring your own kernels), crockpots, and a combination air fryer/toaster oven — perfect for group meals or cozy nights in. A pantry stocked with over 20 spices and seasonings, BBQ rub, and baking staples like flour, sugars, pancake mix, and syrup makes it easy to prepare meals without needing to run to the store.
Our coffee and tea station includes both a standard pot and K-Cup machine, with complimentary ground coffee and pods (including decaf), along with an electric kettle and a selection of Earl Grey and green teas. We’ve also integrated a work desk into the cabinetry with built-in USB-A and USB-C charging, and the Wi-Fi router is located in the living room for optimal coverage.

– Expansive Wrap-Around Deck –
Step outside to enjoy the expansive wrap-around deck, featuring a 7-person hot tub (please bring your own pool towels), an outdoor dining table that seats 10, a BBQ, and a gas firepit for cozy evenings. The backyard also offers two disc golf baskets, perfect for a bit of outdoor fun. .

– Furry Friends (dogs only) –
We’re happy to welcome up to two dogs (including emotional support and service animals). Your pups will have their own 48” indoor kennel crate with a divider for two smaller dogs, plus a bed and food & water bowls. Outside, a 6ft by 12ft dog kennel is available for extra space. Dog poop bag dispensers are conveniently located in the entryway and at the outdoor kennel. Please be sure to include your pets in your booking details.

– Bedrooms –
Every room is equipped with freshly replaced hospitality-grade linens, four pillows (two firm, two soft), room darkening curtains, full-length mirrors, luggage racks, and charging stations with USB-A & C ports and outlets on each nightstand. Storage is plentiful, with either closets, drawers, or dressers to stow your belongings. For added comfort, all upstairs bedrooms includes a ceiling fan for additional airflow.
Unique to Each Bedroom:
Bedroom 1: King-sized bed, two luggage racks, under-bed wheeled drawers, coat rack
Bedroom 2: King-sized bed in a large lofted room, wedding dress hook, an en-suite bathroom with shower and Jacuzzi-style bathtub. A spacious walk-in closet with shelving, hangers, emergency fire ladder, heaters, fans, and supplies for children and dogs.
Bedrooms 3 & 4: Queen-sized bed with twin air mattress, closets with shelving and hangers, ceiling fans for extra comfort.
Bedroom 5: Full bed, dresser, ceiling fan.

– Bathrooms –
All bathrooms are equipped with dual rainfall showerheads, as well as fresh towels and essential toiletries like soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and makeup cloths, all refreshed for every stay. Each bathroom also features a hairdryer, charging stations with USB-A & C ports and outlets, and excellent lighting to ensure comfort and convenience, making them perfect for getting ready for events, weddings, or a night out.
Unique to Each Bathroom:
Bathroom 1 (Downstairs Full Bath): Shower/tub combo with attached laundry room.
Bathroom 2 (Upstairs In-Suite Master Bath): Standing shower, separate Jacuzzi-style bathtub, and a 5-foot counter-length mirror.
Bathroom 3 (Upstairs Full Bath): Large shower/tub combo and a 5-foot counter-length mirror
Winter Travel & Snow Removal Notice
This is a mountain property, snow and winter weather are part of the experience! If booking between November and April, please be prepared for winter conditions. A 4WD or AWD vehicle with snow tires and/or chains may be required depending on weather. No refunds will be given for weather, snow depth, or road conditions. Our standard cancellation policy applies.
Please note: Guests assume responsibility for their own safety while navigating snow and ice. We are not liable for injuries resulting from slips, falls, or shedding snow from roofs. Use caution and appropriate footwear in all outdoor areas during winter months.
For everyone’s safety and peace of mind, the property is equipped with two exterior-only security cameras, one above the front door and one facing the driveway. These monitor entry/exit and parking areas only. There are no cameras inside the home or near the hot tub. they do not record audio
