The staff is amazing at checkin and checkout. Basically you get what you pay for. Small and older, but convenient to all aspects of dining, beach and parking. We stayed for one night in a non beach view room and i would not have liked to stay more. Served the purpose of a drop in on our way back to fly out of Boston

Ocean view right from our room and the staff was fantastic. Stayed to run a 5k and they were super sweet asking about the race and if we were a few minutes late at checkout it would be no problem. Definitely will stay there again and recommend it to others.

Clean, quiet and confortable. Staff fine. Used just overnight for me but iis rightnon the beach in nice beach community. Great spot for vacation. My room had full kitchen.

It is a terrific location -- steps from the beach. My room was rustic - no bathroom sink; no view (a wall from both deck and window) or much sunlight in the room, but you can see the ocean by going to the porch; no phone, tissues, iron, pool etc. The television is nice, there is a toaster and coffee maker with pods. Plenty of towels and water pressure. Parking is a bit of a challenge. I wouldn't stay here again, but others may not mind it.
