Welcome to this charming bungalow in Post Falls with panoramic views of the Spokane river. This superb property features 2 cozy bedrooms with a mix of sleeping arrangements to accommodate all guests. Enjoy the serene sound of the water while sitting in the sun room and spot wildlife first hand. The bathroom is equipped with a brand new bathtub and stacked washer and dryer for your convenience. Enjoy the peaceful surroundings and modern amenities including a 50” smart tv and Wifi.
A fully equipped kitchen, a firepit outside, and propane BBQ. Bedroom 1:
Spacious master with a King bed for a good nights rest. Next to the bed is a Mini split unit for cooling and heating. Large closet with luggage rack and extra blankets to stay extra toasty. A spot to relax in bed while listening to the waves of the river just open your bedroom window.

Bedroom 2:
A large extra room with a Queen bed and twin bunk bed for the rest of the family. The room also has its own mini split unit for cooling and heating.

This home was so cute and so refreshing. As Montanans, we especially appreciate the secluded & quiet nature of the land & waterfront. The home and the sweet sun porch was especially enjoyable as we wrapped our days. Virginia was so sweet and incredibly flexible amenable to our nuanced needs. She was communicative and understanding and we really hope to come back to Breezy!!

Beautiful peaceful view of the river and woods, wonderful kitchen, good wifi, plenty of thoughtful amenities, good quality sheets, quiet neighborhood, enjoyed watching all the different birds. AC unit worked well. Host was very responsive and friendly, polite to communications. Highly recommend this place for a getaway!

Close to Town Yet in Nature

Overall the house was great. We were in town for a baseball tournament so it was nice to be close to town but feel like we weren't. The river is definitely more for looking and fishing rather than floating or swimming, but the kids were old enough to get themselves to more appropriate swimming spots which are close. There was a small issue with the AC (it was incredibly hot the first day of our stay) but the host was responsive and we were able to easily fix it with a few mesages back and forth.
