I’ve been at this hotel several times and loved it however this past weekend stay was really annoying and I wasn’t happy at all considering I had to wait long along with others for the elevator because there was only one working and the fact that it was hot as heck in the elevator no AC at which is ridiculous in these hot days of summer that was so annoying

Beautiful views!

We had a wonderful stay here and highly recommend the hotel. The front desk staff couldn’t have been nicer and more helpful and accommodating. By incredibly good fortune, we got a room on the top (10th) floor, looking west, with spectacular views over the Hudson. It was the highlight of our stay! Unfortunately, we weren’t able to control the temperature of the AC - brr!

Great visit!

From the time I arrived the stay was perfect. The staff at the desk, the informative way I was checked in…. The cookies ❤️❤️❤️❤️. The room was perfect, loved the shower. Loved the size of the room and the TV. I ate breakfast on the second day. Trinity was fantastic as was the young bus boy, very prompt with the coffee. I will choose Doubletree Hilton every time I can.

We had a few mishaps like a broken shower/AC but the staff were great and did what they could to accommodate. I can’t speak highly enough of the staff. Harvey (I think is his name), Jose, and Natasha to name a few were great. But then again, no one was bad. They placed us on the top floor and it seems both sides of the hotel have beautiful Mountain Views. Can’t forget those delicious check-in cookies! Overall, we would definitely return

Perfect location within walking distance of the fireworks. Really liked the room - only complaint is that the color of the bathroom tiles made them dirty. Also didn’t appreciate an unrequested 5AM wake up call.

Clean, good facilities. But the AC units do not work for the rooms, was near 80 degrees almost the entire time despite adjusting thermostat and calling electrician more than once. Raised the issue with staff, was not provided a solution given that technician visit not did improve the comfort of the stay. For over $500 this should be addressed promptly and taken seriously.

Friendly, clean, spacious, and perfectly located for our weekend plans. However, one of the two elevators was out of service the whole time we were there, and that made the wait around checkout time ridiculous. We were able to get parking in the garage every time we needed it, but we took the last spot a couple times so having a back up plan might not be a bad idea!
