The villa was built in 2024 in a contemporary style, offering you 300 m2 of living space, while the total area of ​​the property is 800 m2. It is 400 meters from the nearest sea. The villa is fully air-conditioned and has 4 bedrooms with 4 double beds, and each room has an en suite bathroom with a shower and a TV. The villa can accommodate a maximum of 8 people. You can also use 1 separate toilet, a washing machine, a dryer and an iron. A cot is provided for children.

In the fully equipped kitchen, you will prepare meals for friends and family, and in the living room you will enjoy watching your favorite movies. The living room includes a sofa, TV, fireplace and provides enough light and peace. The dining room has a table with 10 seats.

You will especially be delighted by the outdoor heated infinity pool measuring 42 m2. There are 10 sun loungers next to the pool, and the terrace is covered. Enjoying your meals will also allow you to use the outdoor dining table. You can also use the barbecue and outdoor shower. There is also a lounge area with armchairs on the outdoor terrace.
