Not handicapped accessible other than main floor, no elevator or ice. Beautiful rooms, wonderful beds with lovely bedding, high end shower.

While the property has a restaurant it’s currently not in operation. That said you don’t have to go far for restaurants. This place is right at the Ferry entrance which is convenient. Coffee machine in unit

The room was too small for a king bed, only accessible from one side and no night table on the one side. No chairs to sit on. so if you did use the kitchenette there was no place to use anything. The fact that we were accussed of stealing the towels, after we left. was not very good relationship.

Completely remodelled rooms with comfortable beds. It is an older hotel so not as soundproof as newer hotels with new windows. Convenient for ferry and downtown harbour access. The shower and bath towels were fabulous and the staff were friendly and helpful. No elevator - stairs only should be noted for those with mobility issues and heavy luggage but still a nice stay for the price.

Very good stay

Comfortable room with an amazing view. Very nice bathrooms. Only things missing from the room was a clothes rack, which they said they will be putting one in, and the rooms needs a bedside lamp, or some type of lights to be able to read. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Great location.

It was nicely decorated, but the room that we were in was so small with a huge king size bed, and there was nowhere to hang your clothes, and we were looking out on all the pipes on the roof. also, there were no bedside lamps just one light overhead.
