The hotel was well located for the old town centre . All staff were courteous and helpful in particular the cleaning staff and reception. The whole hotel was spotless and smelt clean and fresh . Well appointed rooms .

Lovely historic hotel updated to a good standard. Staff were friendly and helpful. Very clean hotel and everything in excellent order. Rooms were comfortable though one room could have been a little warmer. The hotel is situated in an ideal position for exploring Poznan's many sites. We would love to revisit !

Overall our stay was very nice! The location is great and the team was super helpful! I will say that the bars around them make it loudish at night so if you are light sleep may want to ask to have a room away from the street. Overall my husband and I had a great and would stay here again.

The breakfast was lovely and we enjoyed the bar. It was a in a great location but was very noisy at night and we was on the top floor. The duvet cover didn’t quite fit the bed, it was short on both sides.

Lovely hotel and very helpful staff. Hotel was in a nice area with good access to the market square. Our room was a bit noisy at night as near bars and nightclubs. My only comment for area of improvement would be to have sheets that fit the bed and better pillows. All in all though a great place to stay. Thank you.

Clean and quiet room. Good size. Lovely architecture in the building. There was a heating/air-con unit in the room as well as external shutters outside the windows which made the room incredibly dark, perfect for sleeping. Fantastic location close to many sjops and restaurants. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

A really nice hotel and amazing value for the price we paid. The location was perfect for us, close to the nightlife and just two minutes walk from the town square and basilica. Those who want a quiet night might wish to request a room away from the main street which can be a little noisy late at night. However, this didn't bother us and the blackout blinds were great at blocking out light. Poznan was a great city and if i were to visit again i would not hesitate to stay here.

The hotel is lovely with a very beautiful feel to it. Sadly my room (107) was on the street where there was a lot of night time noise. I was woken up about 1am by thia and it continued for a few hours. At that time of the morning im not going to request quiet room...although i wish i did as i did not sleep much after that. The breakfast sadly is very limited with hardly no hot options...whilst tasty it wasnt what i would expect. Shame as when i checked in i loved the hotel the reception was kind and helpful and the room was comfortable and clean.
