The Space:

This stylish flat is located on the ground floor of a unique building. It has an area of 39 m² and will happily accommodate 2 people. It consists of a living room, a separate kitchen and a bathroom. It will be an ideal choice for a romantic or business trip to Poznań and the experience will certainly be unforgettable. The bright, elegant décor and full equipment will make our guests relax and enjoy their time here. The living room is equipped with a comfortable double bed, a TV and a coffee table with chairs. It provides the perfect place to relax and spend time together. The living room also has a chest of drawers with plenty of storage space. The spacious kitchen will be ideal for preparing meals, as it is fully equipped with cooking utensils and other amenities. There is a fridge with freezer, dishwasher, tea and coffee making facilities and crockery and cutlery. The flat's multimedia facilities include a SmartTV and WIFI internet access. This will allow our guests to fully enjoy their stay and not have to give up watching their favourite films and series. The modern bathroom has a shower cubicle, hairdryer toiletries set and towels for our guests. There is also a washing machine in the flat, which will be an added advantage during longer stays. Fresh linen is also provided for our guests. A private parking space at the back of the building is available, included in the booking price.

Tram and bus stops, located in the vicinity of the building, guarantee convenience and easy access to all important points on the city map. The most important venue in the area, the Poznań International Fair (MTP), is only an 8-minute drive or 15 minutes by public transport from the flat. It is a huge venue that hosts numerous events, exhibitions and parties throughout the year. Right next to the trade fair halls is the Poznan Central Railway Station with its bus station and the adjacent Avenida Shopping Centre. Here you can do all your shopping, as there is a wide range of shops and restaurants. For those interested in discovering the historic charms of Poznan, the Old Market Square, located 4 km from the flat, awaits. Here you can meet the famous Poznań goats, appearing daily on the tower of the historic Town Hall. In the vicinity of the flat you can also satisfy all your daily needs thanks to the extensive local infrastructure. Right next to the building you will find a restaurant, a café and a grocery shop (only 140 metres away). If our guests wish to take a moment's respite from the hustle and bustle of the city, they can visit the nearby Manitius Park and the beautiful Poznan Palm House (1.8 km) - a botanical institution presenting a variety of exotic plant species. The flat is also on a convenient route to Ławica Airport, which can be reached in 30 minutes by direct bus or in 10 minutes by car.
