SEASONAL RENTAL CONDOMINIUM CLOSED with 24h doorman, Prado and Alcobaça (BA) at 12km, Beach at 150m, 2 Air-conditioned rooms, one of which is a suite, 2 bathrooms, large mezzanine with fan and outside balcony, kitchen with appliances and utensils, living room with TV, barbecue, garden, all in a total area of 600m2. In the property evaluations, references were made to a swimming pool that no longer exists! Smokers: no smoking inside the house. Animals are refused or accepted under previously agreed conditions.
