Quiet location. Great price. Not a lot of choices for dinner except KFC next door unless you take a bus five minutes to a huge mall which has everything. Our room did not have coffee until we asked for it. Clean place with friendly staff. Easy to get to from the subway by bus. #115 or 126 at Chodov station

On the 8 floor, the water pressure in the bathroom is very low, it is impossible to take a shower, the breakfast could be more varied for this really high price. Apart from that, we were satisfied with everything.

Front desk staff was very friendly. I suggest that the breakfast area have a sign reflecting that you can only eat there in the cafeteria and not take food out. Other guest tried and were told that they were on camera. The room was a little warm. The ATM is steps away from the hotel. Dont let the ATM give you the exchange rate but your own bank. Again staff extremely friendly and helpful.

The cleaners were so noisy it jolted me awake at 7am and then continued throughout the morning. They even banged on my door and woke the baby even though i had a do not disturb sign up and didnt have to check out for another 2 hours.

Der Tag beginnt mit einem angenehmen Frühstück

Highlight: Die Dame, die das Frühstück macht, hat punkto Freundlichkeit und Servicekultur einen "Extrastern" verdient. So ein tolles Kundenerlebnis haben wir schon lange nicht mehr geniessen dürfen. Lowlight: Bei der Eincheck-Zeit wurde strikt auf 14 Uhr bestanden, obwohl das Hotel weit weg von ausgelastet war.
