Love the hotel, very spacious. But the room need more light in the shower, we had curtains to divide the room and the shower. Window in the room is big, in the morning you can hear the church’s bell, very beautiful. The area is close to the old town, many cafe and restaurants close by, walkable. Beautiful city. Staff is friendly and informative, arranging transport to and from airport for us. Service was good. Storage luggage is free. Will stay again.

Centrally located near city center

This place was perfect - quiet at night and close to the city center. Everything we wanted to see was within walking distance. Very clean room and nicely decorated. Would definitely recommend and will stay here again if we come back to Prague.

Great location.

This is not a fancy hotel but it is clean and nice and just a block or so off the Old Town Square, so you can walk to everything. There is no breakfast or room service, but there are a ton of restaurants in the area, so not a problem. We enjoyed staying right in the heart of downtown.

Comfy bed and very clean overall, came with a mini fridge and a safe which was nice. Air conditioning was right above the bed which was convenient for adjusting the temperature during the night!

Location! Location! Location! 3 min walking distance from the Old Town Square, Astronomical Clock, restaurants and cafes, luxury shopping street, etc. Room was clean and comfortable and staff was very nice and helpful! Poor room setup

My room was disappointing. For some reason the shower and sink were placed in the open, right in the middle of the room. I’ve never stayed in such a bizarrely designed room. The ceilings on one side were so low we had to be careful not to bang our heads. The room was further broken up by a brace which got in the way. Overall, a very poor room for what should be a nice hotel.

Fantastic location. All major attractions are walkable. Minimart 20 meters from entrance. AC is modest and may have difficulty keeping up in the height of summer. Space is adequate and just enough to work with. There is an elevator but still about 50 stairs to deal with. Bathroom/shower is spacious - very good

The location for this property was great! But unfortunately the amenities advertised are not accurate. We paid additionally for access to a room with a balcony and we given one without - the listing made it appear as though the balcony would be attached to the room. There was no lobby nor any concierge, we didn't see anyone working there until our last day. None of the outlets in the room worked and the cot was very uncomfortable.

Staff and location are excellent

Staff was so lovely and welcoming! Location was perfect. They remembered my VIP gift (a lot of properties forget this) only downside quite a lot of cobwebs especially around lights and high up on walls and ceiling. TV was also not easy to work, gave up in the end, I think the remote maybe needed new batteries very frustrating. Overall 9/10 I would stay and again!

This is not your typical American hotel. You are basically paying for a mini apartment in a building. There is no "front desk". There is an office that operates from 9-5. Outside those hours you are on your own. Clean and large space. A short walk fron the astronimical clock plaza. Not recommended for kids or a lot of luggage, since you must go up stairs.

Beautifully designed, elegant, and well equipped rooms just steps from the heart of Prague’s Old Town. We especially appreciated the Nespresso machine in the room, my boyfriend loved that little extra touch! The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The only downside was the loud noise from the main door when guests came and went. We’d recommend it and stay here again.
