Rooms were extremely small. It’s a beautiful property but in need of some remodeling. Elevator didn’t work so we had to use service elevator that only held four people at a time or two with suitcases. I would probably not book this hotel again.

I stayed in Prague only for one night on my way back home. And this hotel was excellent choice. It’s very convenient right in the middle of everything although it’s not noisy,. It’s on a quiet street, walkable distance to everything . For just €10 I got upgraded to a huge room with three windows and amazing view. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good. You can’t beat their location.

The check in process was simple, although there is only one staff member at the desk. The luggage was taken care of by another staff member who was also very friendly. There is a single elevator up to the room. The room itself is old but can be nice if properly maintained. Unfortunately, there were stains on the bedding and the robes, the room itself wasn’t properly clean, and there was no hot water in the morning in the shower or sink. Also, the shower head was not correctly connected so the water sprayed out in every direction causing a mess in the bathroom. Overall, this could be a very nice boutique hotel if properly maintained. The location is perfect for walking to all of the main tourist attractions. However, it was pretty disappointing for the price we paid.

The hotel was elegant, the breakfast great, high ceilings made rooms seem larger. We had a little trouble maneuvering in and out of the deep tub. Front desk staff was very helpful. The location is excellent.

I had an awesome time with this hotel. It is right in the middle of the old town so I was within walking distance of all the main attractions I wanted to see. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room was so nice and clean. I also had an awesome view of Tyn Church from my window.

This hotel was a hidden gem. Right on the square but set back enough away from the Easter Market madness (which was delightful but crowded) and easier for Ubers to get to. The staff is exceptionally nice! Would totally recommend the Ventana.
