This luxurious 460 square meter villa is located in the outskirts of Florence in a beautiful rural setting, just an 8-minute drive from the charming old town of Prato and only a 5-minute drive from the Prato Est highway exit, connecting the property to the marvelous Florence. It is a true gem of Italian interior design, a blend of elegance, comfort, and modernity. It consists of 4 spacious bedrooms and 5 bathrooms fully lined with prestigious Italian marbles.

The main entrance leads to a spacious and elegant living room with an adjoining library featuring both cooling and heating underfloor systems, adorned with designer furniture and accessories, and an exclusive parquet floor. From here, through a hallway, one can access an independent white marble bathroom and the first double bedroom, comprising a 1.60m bed and a very spacious and refined closet with LED sensor lights. On the same floor, we find the master room, a wonderful space with a private terrace, 60-inch TV, an elegant dressing room, and a bathroom/spa consisting of a 4 square meter shower and a majestic jacuzzi with hydromassage.

An interior staircase leads to the upper floor which consists of a living room with a 60-inch TV and views of a large terrace/solarium, a room with a 1.60m bed, an en-suite private bathroom, and a spacious dressing room.

Descending the stairs to the ground floor, there is a large laundry room equipped with a washing machine and dryer. On the same floor, there is a spacious living-dining room with a 65-inch TV and garden view, a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances and crockery, with a marble countertop and side-by-side refrigerator. Adjacent to the living area, there is a large glass-enclosed gym overlooking the garden, equipped with Technogym wall gym, stationary bike, rowing machine, bench, exercise balls, and a full bathroom. Next to the gym, there is a Turkish bath with two comfortable ergonomic loungers to relax after physical activity.

Finally, on the ground floor, there is a fourth and elegant suite with a dressing room that leads to a beautiful marble bathroom.

The villa has a private parking space within the property and is surrounded by a splendid garden with a relaxation pool, operational from 1st june until 30th september, and equipped with comfortable outdoor furniture to relax in the sun or to have breakfast on the terrace overlooking the pool.

The city of Florence charges a tourist tax of €0.50 per person per night for a maximum of 10 nights. This tax applies to all visitors, is not included in the room rate, and will be paid directly at the accommodation upon arrival.

** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses**.

During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
