The cottage features two comfortable bedrooms, each measuring 10 m². A modern bathroom with a walk-in shower, as well as a separate toilet, complete this well-designed property, ensuring everyday comfort.
Outside, you’ll enjoy a pleasant wooden terrace extended by a small garden—ideal for outdoor dining or relaxing in the sun. A private parking space is also included, along with a laundry room equipped with a washing machine and a bike storage garage.

Le logement est bien agencé et bien aménagé. Il est idéalement situé près de la plage. Notre hôte était très accueillant, nous avons passé une très bonne semaine à Préfailles.
