The Space:

Hillside Hideaway is situated in the tall pines of the Groom Creek neighborhood, providing a peaceful and quiet atmosphere.
The Greatroom combines the living, kitchen, and dining areas, allowing for shared moments while cooking, watching a Smart Cable flat-screen TV, or enjoying the cozy gas fireplace.
The modern kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pots, and pans, and features floor-to-ceiling windows on the west side with views of swaying pine trees.
The wrap-around deck to the north is a highlight, equipped with two sets of tables and chairs, perfect for outdoor dining. Additionally, there are three outdoor gas fire pits, making it an ideal spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings.
The primary suite, located downstairs, features a king bed, en-suite restroom with a shower, and a slider that opens to a patio with forest views.
Two Bunk Houses, located south of the main cabin, offer modern and comfortable bedrooms with a king and queen bed. These sleep an additional 4 guests, and each has its own Smart Cable flat-screen TV. The caveat is that the bathrooms are inside the main cabin.
The property also includes a daybed with 2 twins in a cute foyer space near the front door.
The second bathroom with a tub/shower combination is where the last two guests using the daybed can access.
The fully-fenced backyard has a comfortable seating area and a gas grill for outdoor enjoyment.
Hillside Hideaway is surrounded by the whisper of the wind in the trees and the songs of the birds, providing a serene environment.

House Rules:

Pets may not be left alone unless confined to a crate and won't bark. Pets must be supervised, leashed, and cleaned up after at all times.
Please let us know if you are bringing dogs and how many. We allow dogs but also charge for them. Dogs are $15 per night per dog plus tax. There is also a one time $10 flat fee.


Smoking is only allowed outside.
No outside noise or music after 10 pm.
Guests must be honest about the party size, disclose if bringing pets, and be considerate in using the property.
