The house is set in a quiet cul-de-sac in the centre of Freckleton. The local shops, takeaways, pubs and restaurants are all within walking distance.

There are nice walks in the area that lead you out onto the estuary and plane spotters love the area as British Aerospace runway is close starts in Freckleton.



Freckleton is not far from the M55 motorway which leads to the M6 motorway.



Freckleton is well connected via the bus network that leads to Preston, Lytham and Blackpool.



The nearest train station is in Kirkham. However, there are other stations in Blackpool and Preston.



The village has lots shops, pubs, restaurants, parks and more all within easy walking distance.
