Comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests with the possibility for two more on a pull out couch. Situated at the end of a quiet block just off Hope Street, this 3br/1.5ba house is in an ideal location for exploring the dynamic city of Providence or for families of Brown, RISD, Johnson & Wales, Moses Brown or Wheeler students.


A ten-minute drive to downtown and the Providence train station (MBTA, Amtrak), 18 minutes from T.F.Green Airport and a 55 minute drive to Newport and beaches south.


This 2-story home features a chef’s kitchen with a large butcher block center island and dining room that seats 6. The kitchen is fully equipped and efficient with an adjacent half-bath. Cozy living room with sectional and two comfortable arm chairs centered around the fireplace with a working wood stove insert. Sonos bluetooth speaker system throughout the first floor. Three bedrooms upstairs with an additional pullout couch on the first floor in the TV room.


Off-street parking for three/four cars with additional daytime parking in front of the house. Electric vehicle plug-in for fast charging from the house’s solar array system with backup power in case of an outage.


Enjoy a deck right off the dining room with a firepit and comfortable seating for six. Steps lead down to a private, fully-fenced backyard garden oasis featuring an outdoor kitchen, BBQ, pizza oven, string lighting and outdoor dining table with seating for six.

As recent empty nesters, we’re opening our home to other families wishing to experience and explore all Providence has to offer. From Waterfire events downtown to the exceptional restaurant scene, farmer’s markets and arts culture, we think you’ll fall in love with Rhode Island’s creative capital as we have over the past 15 years. Since this is our primary residence, guests can expect a comfortable, hassle free home that is perfectly situated to explore Providence and sites beyond.

Lending library, we invite guests to peruse our bookshelves- take one, leave one!

We raised our family here but the home is not well-suited for infants or toddlers. There are stairs and open areas, with no baby gates or childproofing.

This is a quiet, residential neighborhood. The home is not suitable for big events or late-night parties.

No pets are allowed.
