THE BUILDING



This beautifully restored building features a bold blue exterior with crisp white trim. The home houses three separate short-term rental units with fully updated interiors. Your apartment is on the second floor with shared building access (main door is shared with 1st and 2nd floor apartments).

★ Second-floor apartment (4 steps to building entrance, then stairs to 2nd floor)

★ Located on a main street with steady traffic

★ Near Public Safety Building (safe neighborhood, occasional sirens)

★ Historic building, suitable for children 6+ years

★ Parking provided in lot diagonally across the street—do not park in other nearby lots or you will be towed

★ We have a strict 'no parties or events' policy. If the occupancy limit is exceeded your reservation will be cancelled with no refund

Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire apartment, private deck and shared backyard space.

The apartment is located on the second floor and shares access to the building. This front door is shared with the apartments on the 1st and 2nd floors.

Step outside your apartment on Dean Street and discover one of Providence’s most authentic and flavorful neighborhoods. This area is known for its vibrant atmosphere and hidden gems that locals love. Steps away find yourself at Irregardless for biscuits on the weekend or dine at The Patio on Broadway and enjoy cozy outdoor seating. Getting Around:

If you like walking, this is the place to just park your car and explore the city! You can walk to much of the city, but Uber and Lyft are also available, and many scooter operators are also available in the city.



We have free parking available for 1 car in a small parking lot diagonally across the street from the apartment.



Other Things to Note:

The apartment building is located within walking distance to everything however it is on a busy road. We are located 1 block away from the Providence Public Safety Building, which can get loud if they go by for an emergency, but at the same time make you feel safe knowing they are close by. This is a 2nd floor apartment, there are still 4 steps to get into the building and an additional staircase to the 2nd floor.

We will provide instructions for 1 free parking spot in the lot diagonally across the street. If you park in any other lot or driveway around the building, your car will be towed.
