The four-bedroom main villa serves as the central social hub, connected by open-air terraces to three separate private-entry casitas. Five king-bedroom suites each with ensuite bathrooms anchor the estate — three with direct ocean views, one with a partial ocean view — along with one additional king bedroom and two queen bedrooms with a shared bath, offering seven bedrooms in total. Alta Bella Villa guests will mostly drive to explore the island. The property has ample parking for 4-6 cars with private entrance and exit gates. It’s a 25-minute drive to the main Grace Bay tourist area and 5 minutes to local beaches and restaurants. Guests often jog in the neighborhood or take a stroll to Taylor Bay Beach to enjoy a stunning sunset.

The Nordic Spa and Fitness Center is a special place where fitness and wellness come together. Please follow all of the guidelines for cleanliness such as showering prior to sauna and cold plunge use. We kindly ask that you help us to keep the space clean and beautiful for future guests.
