The staff was hot or miss some were rude some were helpful. The second day the room was not cleaned and when we complained they barely cleaned the room the following day The food was not good I would not stay here again nor would I recommend this hotel

Our suite was large, clean and had a great view. It truly is a suite and had a functional kitchen. The building is very new and sits right on the beach. Service was generally good, but we would have liked better service and menu options at the restaurant. Windsong would benefit from more activities for guests, especially teenagers. In particular, there should be beach activities, like volleyball.

Great rooms, food, and friendly staff. Room was larger than expected, had washer/dryer, full kitchen, beach view, continental breakfast. The paid full breakfast on the roof was excellent. Also check out the downtown shopping area near the Ritz.

My issue was paying more for the room (about $1k/per night) with the swim-up pool, thinking it was exclusive/private to those who paid more for that type of room, but come to find out, that pool was for all hotel guests. That should be disclosed when booking. Nowhere online is that specified. Had I known, I would have booked the cheapest room there & use the swim-up pool, since it’s accessible to all hotel guests. But I over-spent on that room for nothing. Felt misled. So. Don’t spend the extra money on the room with the swim-up pool. Save your money, book a cheaper room & you can still use that same pool that others paid more for.
