Villa Cena is a stunning waterfront retreat located on Silly Creek National Park. This large and newly designed property is fully equipped and offers guests many amenities such as a gym, full kitchen, large pool, jacuzzi, kayaks and paddle boards. The exterior of the property offers multiple spaces to enjoy the island breezes and ample space for large groups. It features an open-concept design with soaring ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the space with natural light.
This property can be rented as either 4 bedrooms or the full 6 bedrooms. The Twin beds can be made into a single King bed upon request.
Other Things to Note:
-Power is metered and $500 of usage is complimentary with weekly rentals. Any power overages are charged at the current market rate + 12% Turks & Caicos Accommodation Tax.
-Complimentary midweek housekeeping service included for weekly stays.
-Guests are required to sign a liability waiver prior to check in.
