The Space:
Welcome to this expansive and stylish villa, which is a combination of two properties. This unique setup allows for greater space, comfort, and privacy during your stay. Whether you’re looking to relax by the pools, cook in one of the two fully equipped kitchens, or enjoy the stunning views of the golf course, this villa offers the best of both worlds. Living Room: The large, bright living room offers comfortable seating, a flat-screen Smart TV, and a ceiling fan. It’s an ideal spot to unwind after a day of exploring.

For extra sleeping arrangements, both living rooms also feature a portable single bed, providing flexible accommodations for additional guests.

Kitchens: This villa features two fully equipped kitchens, each with high-end appliances, cookware, a coffee maker, and a dishwasher. Whether you’re preparing a family meal or a quick snack, you’ll have everything you need.

Dining Areas: Each kitchen is paired with a spacious dining area, perfect for enjoying meals together. The dining table seats six comfortably in each area.

Bedrooms:
- Bedroom 1 (King bed): Located on the second floor, this peaceful room includes a king-sized bed, an en-suite bathroom, and a personal safe for your valuables

Getting Around:
The property is approximately 12 km or 7 mi from the Providenciales International Airport (PLS). A rental car is recommended, and there is parking space at the property.

Other Things to Note:
Guests must climb stairs inside the villa.

There is no daily housekeeping, but a mid-stay cleaning can be arranged with prior notice for a fee.

Please note at the end of your arrangements, the premises should be left in the same condition in which they were found. In case of loss, or damage, added costs will apply.

Guests will need to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation and/or upon arrival.

HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- Smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, etc.) or using any recreational drugs at the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 USD penalty.
- No parties/events are allowed, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise will not be tolerated.
- Quiet hours are from 11 pm to 7 am Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- There are security cameras in the front yard and facing the street, installed for security purposes.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of check-in or during their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed.

Interaction with Guests:
This is a self-check-in property using a door code. Full instructions and necessary codes will be provided before your arrival.
