I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. It was actually the 2nd time I stayed but I think I enjoyed more this time. It’s at a very convenient location. 2 mins walk to the amazing beach and surrounded by restaurants, supermarket, and shops. If your trip is only for a few days like I had, this hotel is the best. Close to everything you need. The front staff and the maintenance guy Phillip was very nice! I will definitely come back!!

Rude emergency person never help me open my safe couldn’t get my cancer medication out and told me “excuse me that Dan wait until morning”. When morning came he never came to room or contact me regarding situation had to back to front desk for the lady to open the door.

The door to the room looked like it had been pried open before and the bathroom door was also damaged an would not close or lock and the water stream of the shower could not be positioned correctly so basically I had to stand against the wall if I wanted to get wet craziest thing I’ve ever seen

The property was around so much. You could walk 3-10mins and be in the heart of the tourist stores and restaurants. The beach is a 5min walk or less. They provide beach towels and chairs. The staff is super friendly and kind. Kia was so caring and helpful, giving directions always with a smile. I had a king size bed, slept comfortably a little firm and soft at the same time. The room was very spacious and the shower was HUGE. You could fit 5 people in it!!! All in all this place is budget friendly and worth the stay. I want to give a special shout out to Chris himself and the staff! Thank you for bending over backwards to reassure/help me with an incident. Y’all really made me feel comfortable and at ease!! Not many places would take the time to do what you did, so thank you! The ONLY opinion I have is that in my room the renovation did not look completed. I know the hotel was being renovated and they did a good job, but some areas do not look finish. I hope this helps! Have a blessed day! 😊

Well maintained property. Room was clean and bed was so comfortable, I want one for home! The one thing that was a hiccup not the worst thing but I had to switch rooms because I decided to stay one more day and the usb charging was not working . I feel if that if the only thing to complain about was phone charging I consider that a win! Will definitely stay here again.

I was traveling solo for the first time. I was there for 2 weeks. It was amazing. It was conveniently located to. All attractions, I was able to walk to a different place for dinner each night that I was there. I will do it again.

Excellent hotel in the heart of town. They have beach towels, umbrellas and comfortable lounges. The location is very convenient: literally a minute away from restaurants, bars, coffee shops. The room was clean and quiet with nice outdoor furniture and a pool view. Thank you very much for such a great experience. It was our first time in Turks and Caicos. We loved it!
