⚠️ WINTER NOTE: > Please be advised that the small backyard cabin is not recommended for use during the winter months. Due to heavy snowfall, the path and steps leading to this separate structure can become difficult to access or completely covered. While the main lodge remains fully accessible and cozy, we list the two extra beds in the fort as unavailable during the snowy season for your safety and comfort.
Additional House Rule:
To ensure the comfort and safety of all guests, please be aware of the following policies:

1. Unauthorized Events or Parties:
-Guests are only allowed to host parties or events during their reservation with approval.
-Please message us first to confirm.
-Any violation of this policy will result in a penalty charge of $500.

2. No Smoking Policy:
-Smoking is not permitted within the premises, including rooms, common areas, and balconies.
-Any evidence of smoking within the property will result in a penalty charge of $500.

3. Unauthorized late check outs or extension
- Guests are not allowed to stay beyond their check out time unless authorized in advance.
- Any unauthorized late check out, we will charge a late check out fee of $200.

Fees Disclosure:
• Guests must select either a refundable security deposit or an optional damage waiver for stay protection.
• No pets allowed.
• All fees are fully disclosed in advance and processed through secure, Airbnb-compliant software “Enso Connect”
• Acceptance of our rental agreement and applicable fees are required to receive access to the property. No exceptions.
