Check-in was very quick and easy. Staff very nice. We were sure there was a continental breakfast included, however, we were wrong! A coffee would have been nice, but, all in all definitely worth the price.

dirty room, carpet coming loose, shower smelled like mildew, paint coming off the most depressing was the beds. they are worn out. springs sticking out. linens had smell of body odor. the write up said near by fitness available which made it seem was part of the stay which the manager new nothing about. of course there's a near by gym in a major town. the place is a dive.
beds are worn out and smelly. manager said all rooms the same beds.
carpet coming loose and stains on floor near walls, shower smells...needs a good bleaching.

The room was awful. It was in disrepair, moldly and rundown. The pullout couch should have been in a dump not a hotel room. The tv was at least 15 years old and barely worked. The shower was so bad we didn't use it. It was the worst hotel room we've ever had. If we didn't have to get sine sleep and get up very early there next morning, we would have found another hotel.

It was suitable for the price but pretty shabby condition. Walls were marred, needed paint andscratched, furniture was knicked, dented, scratched, toilet was very loose felt like it was falling over. The whole room needed some TLC.

I believe the motel is in transition from Days Inn to Royal Inn. The bathroom had some rough areas likely attributable to renovations. But beyond that the stay was in the right place in proximity to BYU, at the right time for the right price. I could not have asked for more.
