Parking for 2 cars is conveniently available directly on the premises, ensuring effortless arrivals and departures. The property is also equipped with Internet Wifi, allowing guests to stay connected throughout their stay.

The living and dining area forms the heart of the home, featuring an open-hearth fireplace, a dining table, a television, and air conditioning, with direct access to the terrace. The first bedroom is furnished with 1 french bed, and also benefits from access to the terrace. The second bedroom is equally comfortable, offering 1 french bed measuring 160 cm in width, with its own exit to the terrace as well. The third bedroom is equipped with 2 beds, making it well suited for additional guests. The kitchen is fully fitted and includes 1 hot plate, an oven, 3 gas rings, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, along with a small dining table and a second open-hearth fireplace, which is present for decorative purposes only. The bathroom features both a bath and a shower, and there is a separate WC. The property also includes a terrace furnished with terrace furniture and deck chairs, a box-room for storage, and a pleasant view of the swimming pool.
