Charming apartment with private balcony within a residential complex with shared swimming pool in Puegnago del Garda.



The apartment, located on the first floor and accessible on foot, opens onto the living room which features a comfortable sofa, dining table with chairs and a fully equipped American kitchen with oven, microwave, electric kettle, juice squeezer, American coffee machine and toaster. Through a French door you can access the private balcony, equipped with outdoor table and chairs from which you can enjoy a beautiful view of the surrounding vineyards. The apartment continues with a room composed of a sofa that transforms into a comfortable sofa bed, television and balcony. The floor is completed by the bathroom with shower and washing machine. Via a staircase you can access the sleeping area composed of two bedrooms. Both bedrooms are equipped with a double bed and wardrobe.

Guests will have at their disposal comforts such as free wi-fi, fans and independent heating for the coldest days.



The shared swimming pool is open from 1 May to 30 September, from 9:00 - 12:00 / 15:30 - 18:30 The use of a swimming cap may be required.

Puegnago del Garda is a small municipality a few kilometres from Salò, in the region to the west of Lake Garda, the Valtenesi, famous for the production of Groppello wine and olive oil.

Thanks to renowned agricultural productions, it is possible to organise visits to wineries, vineyards and olive groves and continue with tastings of typical local dishes, including bread gnocchi flavoured with basil.

For the more sporty, the proximity to the lake and hills allows you to practise outdoor activities, including short treks and some water sports.

In addition to Lake Garda, which is larger and more famous, from Puegnago you can visit the Sovenigo lakes: do not miss a visit during the blooming of lotus flowers, imported directly from Japan, which colour these small lakes during the summer season.



The apartment is also easily accessible from the nearby Verona airport, which is approximately one hour's drive away.
